Im so excited for thanksgiving break soon and for a town that looks like this with country roads and big fields and hills to roll down...
but ill also miss all of this...
and this..
and MoCo..
but ill especially miss this..
and this sweet girl..
and these pretty girls..
I love being home with my family but I also love being home with my friends. and thats why I CANT WAIT for Rib 'O Rama next weekend and all of us to be together! So Klug and Frannie Pannie, you better not back out because I cant wait to squeeze you!

Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don’t wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it’s at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.

The roses, the lovely notes, the dining and dancing are all welcome and splendid. But when the Godiva is gone, the gift of real love is having someone who'll go the distance with you. Someone who, when the wedding day limo breaks down, is willing to share a seat on the bus.

jewelry..
....need it
happiness..
it may have taken a long while to find you, but its made it that much better.
when I see this, it reminds me of Georgia, which reminds me of this...
 and this..

and maybe this year, ill actually make it to UGA to visit Christina like ive been meaning to for three years.

how dreamy are these..

swinging on this swing with this sweater on would be lovely. cant wait to lay in my hammock just like this at home soon

this weekend I flew to upstate New York with my grandma after a loooooong day of delays and missed flights. my dad was inducted into his high school hall of fame this weekend for swimming which is a big honor but if you asked him what he was in syracuse for he'd say "well, uh, theres this thing tonight we're going to...." and hed try to be so modest. but despite what he looks like now,

my dad was a big deal in high school and was ranked in the top 5 swimmers in the nation in college.
so after a wonderful ceremony and dinner, and a day of being tourist-y around my parents hometown and watching SU's Orange lose the game, we drowned our sorrows in half-moon cookies and then i hopped back on a plane and traveled all day to come home. even though i will see my parents again in two weeks, its always hard to say goodbye. so mom, ill be home soon to rub on your head, and dad, even though we rarely get along, i still love you and im so proud of you. and thank god this weekend is over so i dont have to hear the "kadinker" story anymore!

"We are shaped and fashioned by what we love."

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

currently, this is my christmas list, along with an iphone. its early, so im sure it will change a million times before the big day...
...and I'm sure everyone that has to shop for me for the holidays hates me but knows that this is sometimes the way to my heart.

Little things like this song that I've been listening to on repeat for days now

"These walls were not meant to shut out problems. You have to face them. You have to live the life you were born to live".

Smells Like Fall

Its finally chilly outside. I cant wait to play in the leaves and wear sweaters and boots and drink hot chocolate and not sweat on the walk to class. Happy November!
